Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Registration and Payment

Registration is required for all attendees and must be completed via the official registration platform.

Full payment is due at the time of registration. Upon successful completion and payment, a registration confirmation will be sent via email.

Rates include access to general conference programming, scheduled networking events, and meals as outlined in the conference agenda.

Certain sessions, workshops, and events may require separate registration or additional fees. These will be clearly marked as “Specially Ticketed Events.”

2. Included and Excluded Items

• Included: Admission to general educational sessions, keynote addresses, standard networking events, and specified meals.
• Not Included: Transportation to/from or within the event location, lodging, incidentals, and optional or specially ticketed events not listed in the standard registration fee.

3. Special Events and Add-Ons

Add-on experiences (e.g., workshops, excursions, or evening functions) are subject to availability and may sell out.

Access to specially ticketed events is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the conference organizers.

Substitution of programming, speakers, or venue is at the sole discretion of the conference organizers and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to maintain professional conduct and adhere to the event’s code of ethics.

Organizers reserve the right to revoke access without refund to any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, discriminatory, or deemed inappropriate.

5. Photography and Media Release

By registering, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event.

These materials may be used in future promotional materials, publications, and media communications without compensation.

6. Health & Safety

Participants must comply with all local health regulations and any safety guidelines issued by the conference organizers.

The organizers reserve the right to implement safety protocols (e.g., face masks, health screenings) if deemed necessary.

7. Waiver of Liability

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, venue hosts, affiliates, and any representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the conference, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand that I am responsible for my own insurance coverage in the event of personal injury or illness. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any loss, liability, damage, or costs arising from my participation.

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the conference and assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to, travel-related delays, illness, injuries, or event interruptions beyond the control of the organizers.
